Activate effect of any of those Ninjas, who have a beneficial cost, and then chain with Haku's effect to injure them as a cost, meaning that their actual effect doesn't occur.
Granted, APW wasn't legal for Block when the whole Cost system was introduced into Set 19, so I feel like this was a grasping at straws type thing. |

for human path, the effect is to return 2 cards to your opponents hand at the end of the turn. For Izumo, the effect is to RFG itself. For APW, the effect is to discard itself.
