Shino'sDad has told me of several rulings. I'd have to look through for the exact ones, but I do recall something about Dragon Flame vs Four Tails. I'm not calling anyone a bad judge, I'm just saying I've heard about bad rulings given.

Four Tails got an errata because it used an errant 'would' which is usually attributed to a replacement effect, but didn't have the 'instead' that verifies such a thing. The 'would' was dropped from both effects, making it an optional triggered effect, which is always was to begin with.

I was told that the perceived ruling was that Four Tails would trigger in response to Dragon Flame just being played on a Tailed Beast, even though the damage had not even been applied yet. A card cannot anticipate an action in the game, as the damage isn't even possibly happening due to other factors such as the jutsu being negated and such.

As Four Tails is now, his effect is a triggered effect, which means his second effect is very fragile, as he is neither Valid, nor would that effect successfully resolve if he was the one removed from play.

Thank you. To be honest I can back up mardo on his original ruling that we understood from before the errata, but we did come to the same conclusion you explained after the errata.

Obito can be used twice even if he's already injured. There's no dependency ("in that case") so "do as much as you can" makes him injure an opposing ninja. You don't need Karin or anything.
