Unblockables?

Ok, my question is since blocking is chose after EOJ would that let any unblockable ninja be blocked until EOJ is done. Example: new Temari (n-1610) can she be blocked by teams with multiple ninjas, but then after EOJ she goes through? If so unblockables with conditions like that can still be blocked if the conditions are met during EOJ? Another example: Kisame the one I love (n-644) Does this mean in the EOJ if they use all their chakra on justu then he also becomes unblockable? There aren't many ways for them to gain more chakra then they can use so in justu wars is he better than I think he is?

A Ninja that is "unblockable" means that when a blocker would assign teams to block against attackers, the blocker would not be able to assign a team to block that Ninja. This happens before EOJ. If during EOJ a Ninja become "unblockable" but is already opposed, then the "unblockable" status will do nothing because the team has already been blocked.
