if it copies a reinforcement, it IS a reinforcement. idk any ruling anywhere in naruto that gives tokens special privileges. either way, it would still need to sacrifice to put in as well, besides entrence and hand, because sacrifice is something you have no real way of ignoring(outside of void). use the rules o naruto and not other card games to determin naruto rulings.

I'm amazed that I got that question out. I fell asleep halfway through typing it.
And maybe the poll here wouldn't be 50/50 if the question was answered with a good explanation to begin with.

1. Playing and Putting in play a reinforcement unlike playing and putting in play a normal ninja card must meet entrance and hand cost at all times unless the effect says ignoring entrance cost, its for this reason that Masked Man can't put in play nine tails before turn 9.
2. Copy is exactly what it sounds like, it has all of the Copied ninjas characteristics, entrance cost, effect, combat and support both healthy and injured,combat atribue.

Copy of something is considered to be just that. Whatever you use to represent the copy is considered to be that exact same Ninja Card. therefore you must meet all requirements needed to play copy.

It's a really simple concept that I think it getting blow up. This is a ccg with rules/mechanics/regulations, you need to get a firmer grasp of the basic game mechanics. You can't get around those basic rules with bad attempts at adding terminology to the game.

before this gets locked I wanted to say that I agree with this ruling (for all the difference it makes....)

I also think that non-reinforcements should have their costs met as well.... especially with cards like Jonin's Intervention and Training in the Rain able to cheat higher level cards into play already....

but that wont happen if Place = PiP....
