Stop 2 shop is good for not supers. I wish they'd list foils though. But if you order a card and they have a foil in stock that's what they send. So its kinda a gamble for foils. But if you do get foils they end up being a better price then tnt. Ive gotten many shikas d and warhawk foils off them for what woulf have costed more on tnt.

I've personally had trouble with S2S recently. I've made several orders and they outright cancel or deduct items from your orders without informing you:

Look on your order history and the status is listed as "shipment pending", however if you then click into the order itself it says it's cancelled. Working out what's missing from an order is a hassle too, having to compare your original receipt with the one on the site.

But what gave me the most grief was their lack of quantity in stock and lack of stock updates. I ordered 2 Haruno Sakura [Concentrated Punch] amongst many other items in an order. Wondering where the hell my stuff is, I went back on the site and found that order cancelled.

So I ordered again 2 weeks later, checking to see that yes, CP Sakura was in stock. I received an order confirmation saying my order had been shipped, so I went ahead and ordered 2 more, seeing this as a sign that they had stock, as after order #2 they still had stock.

I later look at my order history and find $50/120 of cards has been stripped from my order without notice, including the Sakura. After contacting them it became evident that they'd been out of stock since my first order.

Customer service wasn't professional at all, I'd personally steer clear on supers and just order rares if you want a foil lottery. With that said, my experience ordering hot rares isn't so good due to quantity not being listed. So all in all I personally feel S2S is a big gamble.

While T&T have had some items incorrectly marked as in stock they've been quite quick to tell me and it's never been something major. I have to agree some of their foil prices are ridiculous. I think whoever is in charge of Naruto pricing there knows what kind of fans are willing to buy certain items, as things like foils of Hinata have huge mark ups, and her Meijin mat is especially expensive.
