The ruling makes total sense. A copy that is put in play with Haku should follow all Reinforcements and Squads costs and requirements (EC, HC and Sacrifice), since when you put in play one of those, you must meet those requirements and Haku puts the copy in play.

You are putting in a copy of that ninja. Therefore, any characteristics are also being copied. All Reinforcement ninjas have "REINFORCEMENT" in their characteristic lines. Therefore, you must follow the reinforcement rules. Tokens do not exist in the Naruto CCG. We have coins. Insect coins, Sharingan Eye coins, Sand Armor coins, Growth coins, coins on missions, coins representing ninjas, and many more. Tokens exist in YuGiOh, Magic, and probably a lot more. Not Naruto. Scapegoat tokens are always Scapegoat in YGO. 1/1 Red Goblin tokens are always 1/1 Red Goblins. Haku plays a copy of the card. An EXACT copy. That follows the rules of the card. If you wanted to play a Jirobo S2 with Haku, you would need to pay the 1 hand cost AND sac Jirobo S1. If you wanted to play Jiraiya Sage Mode, guess what? Hand cost and Sacrifice would have to be met. You are proving my past point. MJM broke it down to the barest description for you, yet here you are STILL arguing him. You WANT us to argue, and you WANT us to waste our time proving your point wrong. |

Why would you make a copy of a card you can't even actually put in play because you can't meet the sacrifice condition?

Well, first I wanted to ask about Nine Tails entrance cost, then I realized I should ask about HC too. At the time I couldn't think of any without Sacrifice, so I pulled a random one out of my rear. In retrospect Naruto (Six Tails) would have been a better example.

A token is just a card/coin/mancala piece/lint you found on the floor/etc. Its not an actual card type; no more than there being a head ninja in a team after that ninja was removed from the team. A coin is now just a phrase to reference an item we used to use to symbolize a "token". Both words "token" and "coin" in this instance can be used synonymously.

Sai'ix, using your logic splinter twin can make tokens by copying anything that it enchanted. Just like Haku can make copies/tokens of whatever it targeted.

That doesn't stop it from being a token. And heed your advice. Name calling is not required cause someone is calling out others logic.

OK, you can now get into this pointless token vs. coin debate. |

It is not a token, it is a Ninja. Also, there was no name calling involved, I said you were being stupid. So again, stop being stupid. It can be represented by a token but it is not a token, coin, etc. Cards that affect coins, tokens (if they existed), etc. would not affect the Ninja so calling it a coin or token is incorrect. |
