So let me get this straight! If im on turn nine and his effect if i remember is for 3 colorless put in tailed beast from reinforcement or hand. Does that mean you could put the Nine-tailed Fox Spirit in on turn 9 0.0

And it's effect is negated during the turn. So no, you don't win the game.

Hmmm I did notice that The nine tails effect happens when put in play. It seems easier to put the nine tails in play tho because if you lay down the six tails then next turn you can play nine tails with out using Masked mans effect. correct me if im wrong with reading his effect.

It just seems like a card (Nine tails) that makes you win the game that easy should be a little more difficult to put in

Still, if by T6 you filtered out all 3 of your "Angering the Beast" missions to chakra (which you should have easily) then you drop MM on T6 and PIP a 9 tails anyways because hey who doesn't love a 9/9 ninja?
He battles by himself with other TB's out he is a 10/9 ninja that if he scores a victory draws a card and wins a BR. Tails decks are gonna be very formidable this format.

Just updated my post previously. But wouldn't Jonins intervention come in play big time here? so you can get the nine-tails out on pretty much turn 9?

If you're talking about Naruto Uzumaki (Six Tails), You can't play Naruto Uzumaki (Six Tails) with Masked Man's effect. Naruto (Six Tails) has Tailed Beast Form, which is absolutely not in any way the same as Tailed Beast.

Ok that makes alot of sense now. Thanks for the clarification. I also thought for some reason naruto (Six tails) was a turn 6 lol, my bad hes a turn 8

Well it is. The only way to get out 9-tails (and score the game winning effect) is 2 ways (that i've heard/seen):
Use on T8 to get out (Six Tails) and next turn go into 9 Tails. simple, the only trick is getting Naruto above 7.

Use the Masked Man into 9-tails combo you mentioned, along with the new Haku Hakus clone of 9-tails will still have the effect to win the game when PiP. The trick with this combo is Haku requires it must be 2 water, and MM's handcost means you'll want decent amount of Fire, so bare minimum you're playing Fire/Water deck. (then there's annoyances like Shimon or *insert any ninja negate*)
