5 villages couldnt make anything better than some concrete? all this genjutsu and various elements they have at their disposal and they made some lame *** concrete. You said it yourself, 5 freaking villages. each full of hundreds or thousands of ninjas, and they could only make concrete. Acid? Probably wouldn't have even phased the Jubi. Genjutsu? that's just plain dumb. Regular ninjas can break genjutsu, you think a beast with the power of EVERY tailed beast can't?

It's to basically il****rate the Jubi's power andthen when Naruto whoops it and beats down MAdara and Tobito, it will be that much more impressive.
