Its funny, I sent Spiritomb a PM with almost the exact wording that Tylar did. But weeks ago. So, he got his answer, but still complained about it.

The only person to accurately answer my question via pm was grasshat. And because it wasn't answered on q and a it wouldn't of held any ground as a ruling. So I told grasshat thanks for the ruling but I still have to wait for an answer from someone on q and a .
