a Ninja entering play due to Flashpoint is not considered "playing a card".
Playing a card is going through the steps of moving a card from one's hand to its applicable area. As such, Danzo's Seal would not stop things such as the new Jonin's Intervention, or even the old one for that matter. I "played" JI", but JI is letting me "put in play" a Ninja (moving from an out of play zone to an in play zone). To make it easy: playing a card: going through the steps of meeting entrance cost and paying hand cost or cost to move the card from my hand to the chain. putting in play a card: moving a card from an out of play zone to an in play zone.
