Tobe brutally honest, that deck is awful. I'm sorry, but it looks just plain out terrible. Your main condition is getting BR's through battle, and if that's the case why run cards like Deflection and DTP at all? (I know you said DTP was side deck, but if you ever side it and play it now you have X dead cards, X being however many jutsus you left in.) There's better jutsus that deflect if you actually plan on battling and that's your win condition so those are 6 cards that will frankly be useless.
Your Zetsu/Deidara tech is neat, but it's a 4 chakra 2 turn 1 ninja kill (so it really does little in terms of lowering field presence, especially with so many decks that run Karin. They'll just give the chakra back and voila! Like nothing happened) Plus, you know you can only place a coin once per turn, correct?
Suigetsu doesn't "trigger" off removed coins, his "cost" is to remove one. Basically Suigetsu can be another way to play bomb coins sure, but the thing about this deck is you never really want to "remove" coins, Zetsu just moves them around, or stores them on himself.
I never run Shimon in a deck that has a Squad or reinforcement myself. I know you said you'd side it out, but that just seems like it should be vice versa, and only side Shimon in.
That Haku is just bad, I don't see much purpose in 2nd (I mean yay he gets back missions, but still), and lastly I didn't see literally the 2 most important cards of this deck: Shika's Decision to tutor ninjas and Interesting Story to tutor missions.

WoP plays on a budget and has no Shika Decisions. He hasnt bought a box since set 18 he's so pro
lololo
Also, I personally don't believe Interesting Story is really that great UNLESS you're running the DTP deck.

Other than that I won't comment one way or the other as the point isn't to argue with everyone, but to get feedback.

So on that note, I certainly appreciate your comments, and I guess I will appreciate them on behalf of WoP too lol

I have to just further interject here, a man that can not keep up with the meta, be it because a card is too expensive or any other reason, does not make the card less useful, less viable, and less effective.
Thing is, a blog should report on what would be the best deck, not "what deck this particular person is playing" (unless said person has won a tourney because then, the two are obviously one and the same)
Story rarely fetched my DTP in my deck. I always got out Messengers. In your deck it can double down on Lunchbos for 1 chakra (and replace itself) or you can fetch BBQ for an even break to hand and pump choji or suigetsu and Zetsu. Card is a 2 of in the perm earth deck, regardless of how it plays.

I got 1st at a local if that counts lol. I don't like it because it's turn 4. I have always had bad experiences and hands while playing with t4 missions. I refuse to use them, unless they win games. As for how well the deck works, it explodes late game. Determination is only in there to slow my opponent down turn 2-3. I not even maining it, I'm siding it. I'm not using untold destruction because it's a late game mission. If I draw that turn 2 it's going straight to my chakra area.
