In fact this logic is how our government works applying laws and such. Imagine summoning every American into one place everyday a law needs passing. Its unfortunately why are country can't be a true democracy.
Also to question my taste variety or understanding in music or music industry is a mistake.

Mathematically 4/5 is the same thing as 4000/5000 but when you bring into consideration that we are dealing with people, a medium that has hundreds of lurking variables just from utilizing it, then it is not wise to use a generalization.
Also, I don't believe you understand. In most award shoes, the VMA's specifically, the "voters" have very little say; the idea of the winners is preconceived months before the actual event takes place. Your juxtaposing of the American Government and the VMA's Voting System is weak. In music, it is often easy determine the better artist because they are being awarded for what they
have done. In politics and government, it is usually not as simple to determine the better bill or candidate because, for the most part, you are being approved or selected for what it or they
will do. Hindsight is a task much easier to preform than foresight.
I don't see how it's a "mistake" when you have literally done nothing to support yourself or your argument other than making a bad comparison to government. Not to mention you don't understand the concepts of basic logic.
