Fun fact: I once won a game because I deployed him. I wasn't down any ninjas. I wasn't trying to do some convoluted combo. I just thought it would be lolworthy. And my opponent spent the rest of the game freaking out, waiting to counter some special jutsu. Tobi is very powerful...
