That's sad news going to have to change ip the wind fire idea was going with this idea for mass draw Medical draw / fire draw so having shizune as a target was a plus but I don't see how special Jonin and Jonin are different but that's how I just perceive it

Satoosa /sannin

That, in order of lowest to highest is how ranks go.

Ninjas with no rank like manda aren't affected by this system. So they receive no benifits or restrictions of something that would be affected by ones' rank.

Ninjas with no rank are considered lower than Genin. So anything that says "Genin or lower rank" includes ninjas without a rank. Other than that, completely accurate chart there.

You are incorrect, Ninjas with no Rank just have No Rank. They do not count for anything that deals in rank.

Example: A Ninja card says "Valid: This Ninja cannot be the target of jutsus used by a Ninja of lower rank." No Rank Ninjas are not lower, as they are not compared at all, so a jutsu from a no rank ninja will work on said Ninja.

Same deal, but "Valid: This Ninja cannot be the target of jutsu used by a Ninja with a Higher rank." Yep, that ninja can get hit from a jutsu from a no rank Ninja.
