messenger ninja & clones
is it legal for me to put in play messenger ninja n-406 using naruto uzumaki & shadow clone n-765 effect. also can platoon ninja be put in play by effects?

cannot put in play .
Platoon Ninjas can be put in play by effects if the effect specifically references a Platoon Ninja.
