The Rank listed here is purely based on post count, not experience. Someone who just spams random messages and Q&A posts for example will eventually have Jonin listed under their name.

How can you have two Kisame in play? No Considering that even the Reinforcement has the same name, it's kind of not possible.

.... There is no Kisame Hoshigake card.. the error is on the Kisame Reinforcement, listed under it's Sacrifice cost. You guys are helpless.

Exactly. Technically, you can't even bring the Reinforcement out yet.

Yep. You must have submitted your post while I was typing mine, I just noticed you said the same thing. Kisame Hoshigaki (The Reinforcement) will probably get an errata like Monday, to be made legal when the Set is legal, or maybe the actual card has it typed properly. If only they had an actual editor that looked over this stuff a few times beforehand.
