Will Bandai ever make the game global?

Living in Australia, I find it very difficult to get into this game. It's practically impossible to find anywhere to play, and I don't see why we can't have Hobby League, Chunin and SJC hosted here. I don't know exactly how much it would cost to host the game in more of the world, but I imagine there could be a decent player base increase if it was done. So does anyone know if there's a chance Bandai will ever make the game more widely spread?
