what would be the set requirements for the tournament? and have you been approved yet to have you 4th quarter past the 4th quarter

well since they said its gonna be january 12th that would be over the 3 week mark for the release of 27

That point doesn't get past me but what I'm trying to state is that this tournament is suppose to be a 4th quarter chunin but its taking place in 1st quarter. If the tournament took place during the 4th quarter set 27 and starter boxes aren't legal during this time so its not unfathomable to believe that the tournament would be set 22-26.
