New block sets begets new focus. Instead of going for tri elements, we are back to basics. Other games do this all the time, where an entire block is centric around a common theme, then the next block is the complete opposite.

Just because it doesn't have 3 elements doesn't mean its not 3 element centric. I decided to shift the meta back to a single element focus in order to re-strengthen the lines that were blurred with the tri-element focus.

You can expect support here and there, but nothing in your face obvious.

That is very disappointing as i feel every element should have had a mix match with the other two that it didnt.

for the last few years of block when you guys concentrated on a single element line you got certain deck elements winning over others but at least with multi-element you see creativity and players actually going across the different elements to try cards but going back to single just eliminates any creativity and players only play the element that wins which is so boring. i hate seeing players play the element that wins cuz its the same games over and over again. i didnt realize Naruto wanted to become YuGiOh. I left Yugioh for this game because of the one deck wins reason.

Very very disappointed in this decision.

As a Canadian Meijin, I must totally agree with offering an SJC (or an analog thereof) to a Canadian venue (geez; with the new villages, one could argue for at least one SJC at least once a year for each village.)

Next, I must express my disdain for how late Prize support waves have been coming recently. It is November 20th and we just very recently got the news of the prize support for what was supposed to be November and December 2012. Not cool.

Questions:

1) how far ahead in the future is the basic structure of the game currently detailed? Do you know mechanics and things you want to introduce, for example, in set 30? Set 35? How far ahead do you guys plan?

2) do you have any plans to release another ultra-exclusive incentive like with the Gallant Sage rainbow cards? If you did, would you consider putting some of these chase cards in Chunin/SJC/ etc prize kits?
