That's because the IRS has better things to do then chase down people who tried to avoid being taxed on an ipod

At most they would contact me and I would have to let them know what happened and that's it. Now if we were talking about..... thanks for caring and that will not happen ever again because I'm not playing any CCG's at this moment.

Both of you, the iRS is actually very petty about this. You come up short 15 dollars on taxes, and they try to put you away for evasion. No lie. If Bandai decided to go that far, everyone that put down wrong information would be headhunted. No matter how petty.

honestly if it came to this, I would have paid what I owed. One thing that many people really don't know about me which is why bandai lost out big time is that money is not an issue (not saying I'm rich lol). That is why I have shown up to almost every SJC that went on ever since gencon of 2010 and also I have spent more than what I have won just to travel to states like VA, OH, IN, etc. (everyone knows this who keeps up with attendance at events). Not only they banned me but they have indirectly banned 7+ people because I was the motivator of NY when it came to events. Without me many have stopped playing as silly as that may sound it is true. I also would feel bad if a 17 year old (parents) or less got a penalty for a petty mistermiener.
