So why are they switching again? Is it just a thing where they say "My deck doesn't do so well against Mental Power so I'll switch to my mental power deck!" If so thats what the side deck is for. If thats the case use logic on them.

"If you're allowed to switch decks mid tournament, then why does side decking exist?"
