This is my current Ino-Shika-Cho Mental build. It's fairly decent, but as I've seen I tend to fail in tournaments at the last moments, usually on game 3. Only times I've been outright stomped flat was vs Deidara BR flip and Effectless Mental. Any type of help would be appreciated, I'll post the decklist plus cards I'm considering using. Bear in mind that I may not have access to some cards I want, mainly expensive ones. But...since Naruto is a fairly cheap game, I'll probably be able to get (mostly) anything.
