Anbu being banned makes a lot more decks playable now. But it also puts decks like Taijutsu, True Allies, Animals, etc... over the top.

Fourth Hokage is also more broken than ever.

Advisor of the Sand SURGE.dec with 4 drop sand dudes and 3x Tetragram... ugh... for Dog's sake... Danzo reinforcement gets a boost +1 EC from Advisor... my lord...

don't forget wind ino that has surge and +1E to all females and medical.
