n-1447 and other questions

if i have n-1447 and the others tailed beast in play and i use j-848 with another tailed beast that is not n-1447, what would happen to the other tailed beast due to n-1447 second effect? does j-848 kills the other tailed beast since the second effect of n-1447 its giving it 1 damage?

what would happen if i use j-848 with n-1447, does it get kill too due to his second effect?

does m-862 has a cost and does it target?

if m-862 doesnt target then if i have differents "animal" ninja card in discard pile and my opponent chains n-1245 effect moving 1 of the "animal" ninja card to my chakra, can still put in play a different "animal" ninja card from my discard pile? here is a scenario, i have n-1447 and n-1376 in my discard pile and i play m-862 and my opponent moves 1 of them to my chakra with n-1245 effect, do i still get to put in play the other one? (all this with the uniqueness rule being consider)
