Breaking Senjutsu

simple ruling question that has come up at the locals. player A has Shima n-1301 and Chushin n-1492 in a team. Shima then uses Lariat j-852. So the point is how does Senjutsu and Chushin's effect inact with playing this or any jutsu. does shima convert the cost to colorless then chushin reduce it by one or will chushin try to reduce it before shima converts it?

Senjutsu just allows you to pay for a specific Chakra Symbol with any type of Chakra. So if used , you could pay for the 3 Lightning with 3 of anything. The cost of the Jutsu is still considered to be 3 Lightning so would have no effect on it.
