So I can activate this effect as many times as I can pay the cost during one mission phase?



Can this cards effect be activated at any time during combat? Before/during/after the exchange of jutsu? Do activating effects like these go on the chain?

Also, a basic question. If the head ninja is removed due to a card's effect during the exchange of jutsu or by other effects. Does a support ninja become the head ninja or are they still considered back ninjas? If that team is defeated will the head ninja still take a damage or if there is no head ninja will a support ninja take a damage.

No, you can only activate once per turn.

Yes, you can use any time during combat.

If the head Ninja is removed during combat, it does not get replaced. If the head ninja would take damage, nothing would happen because there is no head ninja. Any damage dealt to supporting ninjas would be dealt as normal.
