1.If i play and discard a Revitalize card would i still draw?

2.If a Revitalize card was discarded due to effect would i still draw?

3.If i discard a Revitalize for effect would i still Draw?

4.If 5 cards where moved to the bottom of my deck at the same time would get a +5 or a +1

5.Does Start a new chain if i used him as a cost for a jutsu or does he get added to the chain?
