With Choji [Way Big!!!] am I able to activate the effect and flip a battle reward if there are no possible coins to target? And am I required to move a coin if possible if I choose to activate the effect and flip a battle reward?

n885 does not target. You could activate his effect even if you did not have a coin to move. If you did activate him and there is a coin you could move, then you would have to move the coin.
