I just want to make sure that 's effect parts are all Replacement ones, even though it doesn't say "instead" at the end of each part of the effect. Are they? If not, please explain how Chains work with this card.

Sorry meant to answer this yesterday.

m897 has multiple replacement effects.

In that case, since "This type of effect ALWAYS uses the word INSTEAD and sometime is preceded by the word WOULD." (Comprehensive Rules Changes Blog - Replacement and Continuous Effects), M897 needs an errata, I think.

Yes the card will be errata'd. Probably some time next week.
