C-059 & Revitalize

Yes me and some friends were told by a higher up judge that Client-059 (Giant eagle) stops revitalize from activating aka stops the cards from returning to the bottom of the deck is this true

Bump* would help if you guys made a section ruling for each new term (revitalize,flash, etc)

Mechanics and Keywords has been updated.

does not stop Revitalize. Revitalize does not interact with the discard pile.

thank you but with client-059 and ninja-1491 if i mill 3 cards and two of them have revitalize do i even get to interact with those three cards even though two of them have revitalize and immediately return to the bottom does that mean i do not get to chose a card or because of how eagle is worded i get to interact with those cards before they even try to be discarded since giant eagle says "reveal"

Revitalize is a replacement effect. It happens immediately and you will not have a chance to interact with the cards being moved to the bottom of your deck.
