what im wondering is, does obito just leave without driving a pike through kakashi?? why??? he never had closure for watching his "comrade" kill the girl he loved..kakashi is passed out so theres no conversation or anything.. he lives by what he saw with no insight.

you obviously missed a chapter or two. Go back to the Sasuke/Itachi fight (I think that's when it was...) and read again.

I Mean really Rin from what we've seen wasn't really special or even significant she performed an eye transplant but that's it and we don't even know the difficulty of that task and how many medics/people is capable of the task.

It just seems really weak that she's a spy someone Masashi has not even shown do a jutsu or anything but it turns out that she's a spy.

Cept the fact that it was explained that Naruto takes after his mother personality wise while resembling his father physically. Minato was level headed and very resourceful, Naruto started out loud and obnoxious.

Maybe Kakashi was given an assignment as an ANBU. Maybe Rin knew something she didn't have to know. Maybe she wasn't a Konoha Ninja. Maybe she's very powerful, or from an unknown clan with untapped power. Stupid predictions.

Rin had some sort of chakra disturbance and/or device or something in her, causing her to act on Bloody Mist orders, while herself remaining unaware.
Thats my theory as to why they needed to get her body. A true medical Ninja would find this out easily.

ah, yep. single tomoe. but sharingan nonetheless. you're right. (I was reading the original flashback, before shippuden)

That being the case though, it isn't a relevant theory, because when his sharingan awakened next it was 2 tomoe, not 1, so it's entirely possible that he had always had the power to activate sharingan, but saw no point, as it was only 1 tomoe up until the haku fight as far as we know.

also, a 12yr old uchiha with only 1 tomoe, is pathetic. that may be another reason why he didn't use it. He wanted to retain the idea of being a 'genius' for his age.
