Is my favorite deck still somewhat viable?

I haven't played Naruto in a long time. When I last played, I had a deck that was centered completely around Five Pronged Seal (j092). My deck was not only able to draw it, but use it on turn zero as well. Would a deck like that still work or would it be completely outdated and/or useless due to all the sets that are out now?
