TP4 was easily the best Tourney Pack. Over half the set was good stuff, not to mention the reprints themselves were great. Even the clients they chose to reprint were good calls.

Yes, as long as the specialty sets consist of mostly reprints. Alt art reprints would be an incredible incentive to get these sets and would provide a great opportunity to get reprints back into the block. I can see new cards coming from those sets becoming extremely expensive if distribution is limited, which is both good and bad. It would be awesome for cards that are intended to have a high secondary value (like the Madara that just came out this set), but imagine something like Monster Research or Shika's Decision in a set that is only released once AND short-printed. $30-$40 rares would be terrible.

That's a good point to make. The cards, whether new or reprinted, can't be insane level good, because then the values due to being limited time offers would skyrocket
However, on the flip side, that's something that could be a positive to the game. Producing this set would cost little, so that skyrocket in demand means Bandai will easily sell out of them, and it strengthens the secondary market a bit as well.
