TP4 was easily the best Tourney Pack. Over half the set was good stuff, not to mention the reprints themselves were great. Even the clients they chose to reprint were good calls.

Weird, I honestly could care less on starters. :/

It would be awesome for cards that are intended to have a high secondary value (like the Madara that just came out this set), but imagine something like Monster Research or Shika's Decision in a set that is only released once AND short-printed. $30-$40 rares would be terrible.
That's a good point to make. The cards, whether new or reprinted, can't be insane level good, because then the values due to being limited time offers would skyrocket
However, on the flip side, that's something that could be a positive to the game. Producing this set would cost little, so that skyrocket in demand means Bandai will easily sell out of them, and it strengthens the secondary market a bit as well.

-Why? I lov reprints, but there's some good creativity even in smaller sets
-Well that kinda kills some of the fun, but I can see why you'd want this.
-I dislike foils actually, plus making the whole thing foils (and no supers) kinda defeats the purpose OF foils.
-I like this idea
-Of course. I'd estimate Bandai aiming for 50+ cards honestly.
-Also agreed. Maximum 20 bucks basically.
