When Hidan (Curse Mode) receives one damage, obviously both players win one battle reward. But after he is already injured, what happens if he gets damaged again? Do both players receive more battle rewards? Does he stay permanently in injured state as he cannot be removed from play due to damage? Or does he come back as healthy after being dealt damage while in an injured state? Can he use his second effect to give himself one damage even though he is already injured?

Both players would receive a BR again. He would remain in injured status.
You could use his activated effect to give 1 damage to himself.
