Two questions

1. If i wanted to put Obito (n711) into my deck and bring it to a block tournament (such as the Shonen Jump Championship), would I be required to use the Tp4 reprint or could I use the old set 16 original? all the text is exactly the same it seems. If this is true, can i do this for all reprinted cards?

2. If the new 6th Hokage card (n1513) uses his effect and then uses the jutsu Taking a Hostage (j954) during EOJ, would these resolve in such a way that a ninja targeted by j954 would be discarded due to the latter end of n1513's effect where he is discarded at the end of the turn?

1. If a reprinted card is Block Legal, you can play with any version of that card.
2. Yes there is.
