There's the luck-sack chance of Might Guy on T0-2 using Tetra, or the if you have Anko and Might guy in hand, you basically guarantee using Tetra on 3 for just 4 chakra. That's pretty low cost for a near field wipe.

Other than that, not seeing much. TitR saw no play when it could have been beast, it will see no play here either, and bat WOULD have been scary if Leech weren't banned.
