How is it that you become a Meijin? My local hobby store just recently stopped hosting Naruto CCG tournaments. A lose for me, and most certainly for everyone else that played there. So some friends and I were thinking of trying to get tournaments at some other place.

Is it possible, that local neighborhood places such as libraries are able to host tournaments sponsored by Bandai?

Just trying to think of ways to bring the CCG back here in Miami. Not many people play or collect the cards. It really stinks.

Do you have to pass some kind of Bandai given CCG round to become a Meijin?
