How to make unlimited fun, competitive and balanced
Here in Puerto Rico there's a unlimited scene. I recently went to one of their tournaments and had a blast(people played fun decks not otk nor mono red anbu). I see potential in this format being successful. Would love to throw some ideas in how can this format evolve to be good.
1. Limit the amount of sets - I know its a contradiction but with a limit in the number of sets playable we can have new players interested in getting the cards to play the format. 2. Reprint staples - Instead of TP's bandai can create sets that re-introduce old cards and mechanics, this will help with pricing and availability of cards. (this is in order to bring new players to the game). 3. Tournament support - Offer exclusive events that promote the format. Of course this things are hard atm since the game has low support. But look at Magic, they have a strong secondary market which is powered by offer and demand. This is just a random idea, but I think it has it's chances. Would gladly appreciate every contribution. Please stay focused and don't troll. |

we do something like that in MASS we call it Block+ where we bring back sets or a list of cards back in to block
