Tylar should literally just let Genre handle the unlimited list. He is very rarely wrong on these, accurately predicts 90-95% of lists anyways, and would keep it released on time with block list.
PS - I suggest banning Paradise. Having it + handcost may as well be having 2 anbus in hand. It gets more nuts if that handcost happens to be Biscuit, or any animal + Hikaru is out. At the very least, 1 of.

Without the aid of people like Dalegna (and his people) and OneWingedAngel, my opinion would shift on the Unlimited meta... There are a lot of cards going under the radar. Right now, it feels like Unlimited is still in an awkward phase where we're banning/restricting cards in a piecemeal (one by one) fashion... waiting X months... then doing the same thing when a new meta deck shows up (or certain cards prove to be too powerful). I will propose an official list in the future (hopefully). It will include more than just Hikaru, Emi and Biscuit.
