I just can't see any real benefit in it here though. How is dividing the players base any positive?
You can't honestly argue that some players aren't better at the game than others. If you would read the thread before you post, I have already said I do not mind at all if I'm not included in such a forum so there is clearly no ulterior motive behind suggesting (not demanding, don't put words in my mouth) such a forum. I think you are only opposing such a forum because you would not be qualified to post in it. If that is the case, you should get over yourself and stop opposing ideas that could only improve the game.

I'm not the one who demands special treatment or special forums. I don't insist on being respected just because. I don't pretend to be better or pro. Anything else?
I believe someone, freshly joined the site, was agreeing with me in the whole "Ambush being broken" issue a few months back. You bashed on him JUST as badly as you were me. Because he wasn't agreeing with you and you are the one thinking highly of yourself. even if you don't bash newbies, what makes you think you have the right to bash anyone? I literally only know your screen name from every argument you've lost to me.
You call me a wannabe pro, but last time we chatted about this whole "What makes a pro" thing, you admitted you don't frequent tournies and mostly play locally amongst friends. Pro or not, that gives you a bad viewpoint on what is healthy for/current in/happening with the meta on a competitive level. Thus, your opinion, even if you had been playing since the very start is not going to be viewed as very relevant.
Basic facts.

i'm enjoying this thread for all the wrong reasons...
anywho, test can be cheated at, so this elite set of players(which you know some will become narcissistic/more narcissistic and use it as if it actually meant something) may not be so pro. just be friends of pros. so to me, that just wont work and thats the most logical way of choosing the golden players. and who's to say these pros would actually speak out and help? why would they want anyone better than them? i understand getting the n00bs to be better and possibly growing the game, but i don't see that really working for the better. i'd prefer to see a different site/facebook page take care of this. to me, the way to make players better at the game is what the digital rulebook that those guys(forget their names b/c i have a bad memory and a headache) were working on.
with that said, considering what tylar said, this is a futile effort and will be in vein.
DON'T GET ME WRONG, i'd like for something like this to work. just seems... this isn't gonna happen
