Hello all you crazy ninjas out there. I wanted to ask when, do target promos come out? and is it normally released around the holiday or varied? Thanks so much and practice throwing those Shurikens!!!!

Since bandai doesn't widely announce any thing they do or say, u missed that announcement. The target packs are cancelled along with tins until further notice. Who knows, bandai could've changed that and I would've never heard of it.
