that is simply not what happened. he clearly made peace with the fact that he was gonna die and called kakashi his friend at the end.
because he was special since he wasnt supposed to have sharingan seeing as his name is hatake, not uchiha. hence why everyone was all "omg look at that guy, he has sharingan!!!!!!!!1!!!!!111!!1!". and i wanna say him being a hero with the sharingan is essentially what obito wanted...you know, hence why he gave the sharingan to him in the first palce. he didnt have to. he could've just been all "sucks that we only became friends when im about to die *dies without giving him sharingan*". no. clearly he wanted to continue to be of use to his team and his village even in death. kakashi becoming a hero with that particular sharingan is the same as obito becoming a hero.
obito never seemed like some uchiha fanatic...seems like a pretty big stretch to say that. heck assuming he's tobi, which you are arguing for, tobi helped itachi do the deed...clearly he could give a rats *** about the uchiha.
but he was a naruto/hinata type...why would be be all "oh well your a genius, your cool". and again, he wasnt some uchiha fanatic that we saw...him being PO'd that the clan was declining in awesomeness doesnt seem like it would effect him on a personal level. certainly not to the point where his response would be "...torch the SoB's"
while it was technically planned unless its not obito...kakashi is a very popular character and, forshadowing or not, i loved those chapters and was glad to see them and wish it happened for more characters. and if its not obito, i certainly wouldn't think differently of gaiden. it was an origin story to a character who is extremely popular.
thats a bit of a stretch...but then, it makes more sense than sasuke's hate for konoha, so yeah, why not. i wont discredit this one. but again, this isnt a reason its obito, this is you assuming why tobi did it assuming he was obito.
which would technically be wrong either way since whether he wanted to give leaf village the finger or not, he needed kurama for his dastardly moon shenanigans...getting "revenge" was a bonus point at best. he literally needed to do it to succeed. personal reasons be ****ed.
really because minato's first thought was "...madara?". that seems to either be everyone's first thought and/or they have no problems accepting that as the answer when he claims to be madara. people in this world are more ready to beleve he's some 100 year old super ninja coming back from the grave than to even entertain the thought of it being a lost friend or student. mind you madara coming back from the dead makes 100000x more sense than obito coming back from the dead with super powers...but whatever.
so yeah, i really doubt he thought "hmm. this might be obito"
especially considering we saw the thought bubbles of him thinking it might be madara.
*sigh* i really dont feel like looking this up, and that is really unlike me, but i really wanna say that after rasengan-ing him (which would finish a normal opponent mind you. remember kabuto? he was healing the damage before it happened and even he was incapacitated. if he hadn't bee healing he would have either been knocked out or dead) they either talked a little, tobi was all "well...*winces in pain* i think im done here." and left, or minato left because his village and family were sort of in mortal danger due to the GIANT DEMON FOX ATTACKING THEM!
so yea, plenty reason for minato to not have killed him.
what does that have to do with him not being able to kill "obito" (assuming its not only obito, but that minato KNEW)? are you just saying things now?
his chakra was low? he can apparently hiraishin 50ish times. after 4-ish hiraishin's and a rasengan, he didnt seem to look overly tired.
are you assuming he was low because of the stuff he did with the fox later? cuz I assume doing all the stuff he did that took a huge amount. heck thanks to naruto we know summoning bunta alone eats up a very large amount, on top of summoning his son, sealing the fox, and sealing his wife's chakra...yeah, i imagine he might not have a lot of his own chakra left to seal inside of naruto
but i doubt he was low on chakra vs tobi.
as i said this is a rare time when im not fact checking and just going from memory so i very well might be wrong in those times i referenced something happening...but mother of god you are assuming quite a bit of stuff.
just stick to his name, his hair, his mask, and the recent stuff in the manga...because those are the only true pieces of "evidence" there is. anything else is simply made up. heck a good amount of what you said wasn't even presented as evidence...it was just "well if it IS obito then here are some half baked reasons as to WHY he's doing these things even though, whether its obito or not, there exist better answers to the things im about to bring up."

1. I never said the way i listed them were to depict reasons for anything. i just organized my thoughts. Furthermore, i started with "IF obito survived" because you cant lead the thought of him being alive and powerful now without explaining a history, which until it is revealed, i can make w/e scenarios and possibilities because its still my opinion
2. obito only went back for rin, kakashi is the one that came back to help obito and even thenhe only gave up his eye so kakashi could protect her. which kakashi failed since rin Is never shown in the series, she is presumed dead. When kakashi asks tobi "where did you get that eye" tobi says "where, you say" as if to imply not where but when. Usually implying the person was there during the incident, leading me to believe obito or rin. and since tobi has been presumed male, i would assume obito.
3.Since you want more proof from recent chapters, Tobi tells kakashi "your just words and no actions, what someone like you says is worthless.and its too late to regret" again Kakashi failed at saving rin, which was his only promise to obito. Tobi continues "so hero's dont have to make excuses infront of graves". what is kakashi doing at obito's grave? he failed and he probably knew obito for less than half his life? he is appoligizing for failing him. naruto then interupts, like always, as if they were talking to him and then tobi tries to get him to understand basically "how would his sensei/dad feel if he failed them" as kakashi failed obito, assuming obito is tobi, he would have had 17 or 18 years from the time he was "crushed" to grow hatred for kakashi. Kakashi didnt save rin, he didnt complete the mission himself as captain, and lived his life as "the hero with the sharingan" when he really did nothing. And worse, the village accepted it.
i can create any twisted plot turn that can make sence to one person or the next. i can sit here and make myself believe Izuna found a dying obito, took his eye since izuna is blind, turned obito into zetsu and from there we understand the naruto series with izuna as tobi. i can say things like "he would be the rightful holder to madara's fan, and possibly his name" to support my theory. doesnt mean im wrong, doesnt mean im right, its just a theory based on my oppinion of a possible situation.
