Pain and his paths

i just bought the shattered truth rinnegan deck, and it has multiple pain's but there are also different paths, can you have multiple pains out if they have a different path.

Yes, you can have multiple paths out at the same time since they don't have exactly the same name. (Q&A section next time...)

Another example of this situation would be any Naruto Uzumaki and . You can have a normal Naruto and a Naruto (Clone) out at the same time because the latter doesn't have Name:Naruto Uzumaki. Likewise all the Pains don't have Name:Pain so they can each be in play at the same time.
