Little Quandry on Spon Tree Summoning

So, we now have this nice jutsu for Danzo, Yamato, and any 1st Hokages who might come along in the near future to us (I think it'll be a little while before they give Zetsu Tree CA), in the form of (J-949) Spontaneous Tree Summoning, but I am wondering one dumb little thing. Revitalize will move it to the bottom of your deck when it would otherwise move to discard, either by spending it as chakra, or as an effect of opponent shenanigans, but is this good, or something more added to control a potent jutsu, since Danzo is without Mastery? Is there a really good way to get it back from the bottom of your deck, or to your hand from chakra, this set, or is it more a nice balancing act to keep you from dropping it too often? Thanks.

Well in play testing with proxies of the EarthSworns. I like to use Tenten to drop the jutsu to the discard at the start of my turn to draw 1 and move it to the bottom of the deck. Then combine it with the Shikamaru that says when he goes out to battle move the bottom card of your deck to your hand if it has revitalize. and keep looping the jutsu like that till I have a user.
