Lol u have no idea XD. I've been buying a lot of target packs and haven't seen 1. I've pulled 3 stone, 1 leaf and a bunch of other supers but no cloud council.

Had a sabiru, temari, 2 obito stalwart, 1 hidan set 25, raikage, 2 genjutsu, and 3 frog umite.
Added in 2 sakuras, 1 obito tp4, anko, 1 hidan set 23, 3rd hokage, 2 4th hokage, leaf council

Thanks. Just realized I had the wrong sets there. One is immortal soul and the other is cursed existence. I have two because I feel cursed existence is amazing in my meta but immortal soul is too good to not have. Our store only does single games so we don't use side decks.
