This must be true. The Sharingan Eye thing proves this to be 100% true. In addition, they have the same hair. Also, Obito has the same letters as Tobi minus one "o". And Obito backwards is "O tibo" which can be translated as "Oh Tebow" meaning Tobi is indeed either Obito or Tim Tebow.
