A Reinforcement is a PiP already, so the ruling is (and has been for a while now) the EC has to be met. Only thing that could bring 6-tails out earlier than turn 8 are cards that lower its EC (e.g. Training in the Rain).

well i found a major kink in the combo itself w/o the counters, six tails hits play and kills everything...including kushina so no nine tails t4.

if a combo has SD approval, it's better then people must think. Just like if it has Genre approval, it's probably broken in a way he sees and will prove.

This game has a long history of decks based around combos deemed inconsistent. Watch, in three months this will be a tier one deck that people cry about.
