That card causes loops yes, because it takes cards from ur discard pile to your hand. Relitalize puts cards on the bottom of your deck, the tree justu can be looped but so far that's it since you generally don't pick up cards off the bottom of the deck.
I wasn't talking about that though. I was talking about earths pre-existing ability to cycle cards back into the deck.

What I'm worried about is something, more likely in another element, that either draws, retrieves from discard, or gives chakra, or any combination of these that would allow for an endless loop. I'm hoping that Bandai was smart about this when they made these new mechanics.
