Block legal promos post rotation?

I've been trying to figure out which promos will still be block legal after the big rotation coming up, and all I found was a post in Card Rules Q&A from 3 months ago asking the same thing, with Tylar saying he'd post a list as soon as he was done with it. Tylar, please give us that list ASAP, rotation is coming up and I really want to know if say, the gencon promos from last year might be legal, or the Clash card.

I will let you know Gencon promos are legal, as well as Clash.

Other than these, I don't believe any are. Yamato PR-046 was reprinted in Earth starters, that's about all I can think of.

S22/S23 tin promos will still be legal, so will Sakura [ICDI] from TP4 obviously. Does anyone know about the Target promos? Are they attached to TP3 even though they came out on Dec 30 last year?

target promos will be legal...tp3 packs were just because they had extras:P

Ah, so the Gencon promos from 2011, Naruto & Yamato n616, Sakura & Tsunade n685, Kakashi & Sasuke pr076, and Zabuza & Haku pr 075 will be legal, good to hear.
