Fight kicks off in earnest, and Nemo takes round 1. Statue is immune to Kamui as well. Cool fight, fun chapter. Looks like they're gonna go the "every chapter crack the mask a little more" suspense route. Typical.

Meanwhile, in a certain other series THEY KILLED BYAKUYA WTF!!!!!

He outlived his point by now, and they had to kill more folks. I fully expect most captains to die, except for Icefail, because he's too popular. Also, Kenpachi is the man.

As for Naruto, the whole thing felt really rushed, compared to the pacing that the Itachi & Sasuke vs Kabuto fight had. I did like how Might Guy was there to just constantly cause Tobi to phase out whenever he got too close to touching Naruto though.

dont worry, im sure the pace will slow down due to pointless and overly long flashbacks any time now haha
